ОКЛЮЗІЙНІ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ У ПРЕОРТОДОНТИЧНИХ ПАЦІЄНТІВ ІЗ ГЛИБОКИМ ПРИКУСОМ: ОБСЕРВАЦІЙНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ

Мета – виявити наявність будь-яких гендерних відмінностей в оклюзійних параметрах у кандидатів І та ІІ класу на ортодонтичному лікуванні з глибоким прикусом. Результати. Немає істотних відмінностей між статями в параметрах (OFR), OT, DT справа, DT ліворуч, передній відсоток, переднє/заднє співвідношення. Суб’єкти жіночої статі в середньому показали вищий DT з нижчим відсотком Anterior, ніж суб’єкти чоловічої статі (але відмінності не були суттєвими). Загальну групу аналізували на основі параметра класифікації Енгля (клас I або клас II). Не було виявлено відмінностей між класами, за винятком переднього/заднього співвідношення, яке було єдиним параметром, що демонстрував значущу різницю між класами (p <0,05). Висновки. Дані Т-сканування надають цінні описові дані щодо аномалій переднього прикусу класу I та класу II і служать довідковими матеріалами для планування ортодонтичного лікування.
