НАНОТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ТА НАНОЕТИКА: СУПЕРЕЧНОСТІ ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ

У статті аналізуються особливості формування нанонауки та нанотехнологій як провідного напряму сучасного інноваційного розвитку, а також суперечності, пов’язані із визначенням нанотехнологій, впровадження їх у практику та з оцінками ймовірних вигод і ризиків, песимістичні та оптимістичні сценарії «наномайбутнього». Досліджуються методологічні засади формування наноетики як етики поводження з наноматеріалами. Виявлені суперечності обґрунтування наноетики, зумовлені тим, що нанотехнології ставлять на порядок денний питання, частина з яких є принципово новими, а частина — модифікацією попередніх проблем, що можуть розглядатися біоетикою, інженерною, професійною етикою тощо.
