УСКЛАДНЕННЯ ПІД ЧАС ВАГІТНОСТІ НА ТЛІ НАДМІРНОЇ ВАГИ ТА ОЖИРІННЯ

Поширеність надмірної ваги та ожиріння в усьому світі зростає та посідає одне з провідних місць серед факторів ризику багатьох соматичних захворювань, несприятливо впливає на фертильність та вагітність, особливо в країнах з низьким економічним рівнем. У статті на підставі літературного огляду сучасних наукових досліджень проаналізовано можливі ризики ускладнення під час вагітності у жінок з надмірною вагою та ожирінням, таких як: втрата вагітності, гестаційний цукровий діабет, гестаційна гіпертензія, прееклампсія, передчасні пологи, запізнілі пологи та ускладнення під час пологів.
