Передчасна недостатність яєчників є клінічним синдромом, який призводить до втрати активності яєчників у віці до 40 років. У наш час використання біоматеріалів у поєднанні з регенеративною медициною на основі стовбурових клітин активно вивчають і покладають на них великі перспективи. Метою роботи став збір, аналіз і узагальнення даних останніх років про новітні стратегії відновлення фертильності у пацієнтів із передчасною недостатністю яєчників, а саме про перенос або заміну мітохондрій, трансплантацію стовбурових клітин і трансплантацію екзосом.Загалом розглянуті методи регенеративної медицини є новітніми стратегіями відновлення фертильності у пацієнтів із передчасною недостатністю яєчників.
