ДОПОВНЕННЯ ДО ЛІКУВАННЯ ТРИВОЖНИХ РОЗЛАДІВ: ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ ТРАДИЦІЙНИХ І НЕМЕДИКАМЕНТОЗНИХ ПІДХОДІВ

У статті розглядаються тривожні розлади як одне з найпоширеніших психічних захворювань, яке значно впливає на фізичне здоров’я та якість життя людей. Фармакотерапія, хоч і є ефективною, часто має серйозні побічні ефекти, тому все більше пацієнтів звертаються до немедикаментозних методів лікування (таких як когнітивно-поведінкова терапія, ароматерапія з використанням ефірних олій, фітотерапія, музична терапія, фізична активність, йога та ін.). Матеріалами дослідження слугували дані метааналізів, рандомізованих контрольованих досліджень та оглядів літератури, що оцінювали вплив різних терапевтичних підходів на зниження тривожності з акцентом на оцінку ефективності, безпеки та можливостей інтеграції цих методів. Стаття підсумовує сучасні наукові дослідження та показує, що альтернативні підходи є перспективним напрямом для подальшого вивчення і застосування в клінічній практиці.
