РОЛЬ МІКРОРНК ЯК БІОМАРКЕРІВ СПАДКОВИХ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ

Анотація

Численні мікроРНК беруть активну участь у розвитку багатьох тканин та органів і можуть виконувати важливі функції при певних спадкових захворюваннях. Вивчалася роль мікроРНК при деяких захворюваннях (хвороба Гентингтона, синдром Пендреда, м’язові дистрофії, синдром Дауна, кератоконус). Очевидно, що функції нових мікроРНК у метилуванні та експресії різних генів, взаємодії РНК-РНК характеризують відставання в психічному та фізичному розвитку і можуть слугувати новими біомаркерами у ранній діагностиці хвороб спадкового генезу.
