PECULIARITIES OF ANTIEPILEPTIC TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH EPILEPSY AND CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY

World literature data and own observations of the patients with epilepsy and cardiovascular pathology (CVP) are presented in the paper. Analysis of neurophysiological, ultrasound, biochemical parameters of the cardiovascular system in patients with epilepsy and CVP compared to those without CVP depending on the antiepileptic medication is considered. Peculiarities of antiepileptic treatment in patients with epilepsy and cardiovascular disturbances are presented.
