The purpose of the work is to familiarize with the features of the course and management tactics for childhood patients with multisystem inflammatory syndrome associated with COVID-19 (MIS-C) and illustrate them with original clinical observations. Materials and methods. Specific clinical cases with evaluation of clinical symptoms, laboratory indicators, results of additional examinations, and their dynamics. Results. Clinical cases were analyzed, features of the course, diagnostic difficulties, and treatment results were determined. Conclusions. MIS-C is a complex clinical problem that requires a multidisciplinary approach in diagnosis and treatment.
