ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ СУЛОДЕКСИДУ В КОМПЛЕКСНІЙ ТЕРАПІЇ ХВОРИХ НА АРТЕРІАЛЬНУ ГІПЕРТЕНЗІЮ ІЗ СУПУТНІМ ЦУКРОВИМ ДІАБЕТОМ У РАЗІ КОРОНАВІРУСНОЇ ХВОРОБИ COVID-19. ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ

Анотація

Мета цього огляду літератури – оцінити ефективність застосування сулодексиду у комплексному лікуванні хворих на артеріальну гіпертензію із супутнім цукровим діабетом у разі COVID-19. Результати. Антикоагулянтна, антитромботична дія сулодексиду, його здатність індукувати вивільнення тумор-некротичного фактора, покращувати реологічні властивості крові та функцію ендотелію судин супроводжується позитивними клінічними ефектами у разі серцево-судинних захворювань, зокрема у разі артеріальної гіпертензії, цукрового діабету, захворювань периферичних артерій і вен та COVID-19. Застосування сулодексиду у комплексному амбулаторному лікуванні хворих на COVID-19 сприяє зменшенню потреби у госпіталізації та потреби у кисневій терапії. Додавання сулодексиду до комплексної терапії хворих на артеріальну гіпертензію із супутнім цукровим діабетом у постковідному періоді сприяє корекції порушень у разі цієї коморбідної патології та зменшенню проявів постковідного синдрому.
